SURAMADU BRIDGE This bridge is the link between Java (Surabaya) and the island of Madura (Bangkalan), across the straits of Madura. 

They call it the SuraMadu Bridge (Surabaya - Madura). It is the longest bridge in Indonesia (5438 m) and was completed in 2009. Construction of the bridge is intended to accelerate and improve the lives of the Madurese are lagging economy compared with other areas of East Java.
