I am not in China though I took this picture a pagoda building with the feel of a strong China.
This is a duplicate similar buildings located in Beijing. Temple of Heaven.
The building is located in the east coast tourist area of Surabaya, precisely Pantai Ria Kenjeran or now better known as Kenpark.
